![]() I would have given a 5 rating, except for the bed situation. But a roll-a-way bed is NOT the same as a regular bed. I will say the front desk immediately sent up a roll-a-way bed at no charge. Since it was my wife, daughter and me, one queen was a problem. A king or two queen beds are not an option. It turns out the rooms with the lift system only one queen bed. I had asked for two queen beds and was told they all came that way. One word of notice is that the reservations team really does not understand all the nuances of the room. ![]() The casino is very well lighted and everyone is very customer service oriented. ![]() The Encore is probably the nicest hotel I have been in. The lift system is by Sure-Hands and can be equipped with either a sling or the fixed body support system. At the Encore, the rood and lift system appear to have been carefully designed for not only functionality, but to deliver as nice a room experience as a non-accessible room would be. Favorites at this Forbes Travel Guide Award winning restaurant include Dover sole from Holland. Line-caught sustainable fish, colossal lobsters and delicacies sourced from international waters are the stars of Lakeside’s transportive menu. While the other hotels do have the lift system, they were obviously not installed by someone that knew how they operate. Enjoy seafood with a world view while dining alongside the Lake of Dreams. They are Treasure Island, Mirage, Bellagio and the Encore. There are only a handful of hotels in Las Vegas that have accessible rooms with a track lift system.
